[公告] 官方網站公布之注意事項： Eastern Wind 2010 Events

3. RCTP Approach Chart: ILS R05, ILS/DME R23 

4. RCTP will implement segregated runway operation mode. R05(R23) for Arrival only and R06(R24) for Departure.
     ** When traffic is light, aircraft may request to use the runway which is closer to the gate.

5. RNAV capability is required for all preferential departures, arrivals, L3 transition and airway R596, M750.
   ** Non-RNAV aircraft shall advise the navigation capability to ATC prior to request ATC clearance, or upon entering Taipei FIR exclude inbound from Hongkong and Shanghai, and ATC will issue conventional procedures or provide radar vector.

6. Non-RNAV aircraft, intend to fly to/from ZSPD may request radar vector, but ATC have final right to decide to recieve or reject the request based on workload.

7. When each sector controller handles more than 5 aircraft which communicates by text, succeeding aircraft by text can expect flow control or delay due high work load.
